Hi! I’m Jenny, and I love seeing nonprofit organizations doing great work in the community get stronger.

As a Nonprofit Fundraising Trainer and Consultant with deep roots in the Boulder County community, my experience spans more than 30 nonprofit organizations as an employee or trainer.

I had the privilege to spend a good portion of my career at Intercambio Uniting Communities, in numerous roles, including Interim Executive Director and Development Director.

As a partner with Social Venture Partners (SVP Boulder), I’ve coached executive and development leaders.

I bring both frontline leadership experience and strategic fundraising expertise to my projects. I have partnered with organizations ranging from grassroots startups to established community nonprofits.

Where I shine:

• Major donor prospecting and cultivation. I often teach that your donor needs to know, like, and trust you and your organization.

• Helping leaders share their mission statement in “everyday language” in 12 words or less, ideally!

• Writing appeals and other materials that show impact, rather than “help our organization”.

• Mass email best practices, all the keys that get your email opened and illicit a response, from a compelling subject line to the P.S. that restates the call to action.
